Day 15 ( First Plant Tissue Culture & Genetic Transformation lesson )

Woke up late today.. hmm.. yesterday was a little chilly at night.. very cold and a little depressed.. it has been long since i saw any Singaporean.. haha.. anyway feeling quite ok today. Had spicy toufu rice lunch for 1500 won ( S$2.03 ) in the administration block: Haha.. after that i went to my first lesson on Plant Tissue Culture & Genetic Transformation! Before the professor came in, i manage to persuade some of the early comers to take photos with me!

This is Kin Min Kyu, 25 this year and is the president of the English Speaking club!! I find him rather nice looking. Hmm... and he has completed his NS duty as an auxiliary police. Not bad..Some of my friends starting to pose for a picture! Haha.. the first photo i took with the class! Thanks Min Kyu brother for helping us take such nice photo! Some of us are planning to be in the same group for lab work. haha.. and when she saw the photo, she think it's not nice! Hence she requested to take a photo with me alone. Eh.. but why didn't smile!?!? haha..Anyway this class is the same as the cytogenetics class! They are very friendly people.. :) but from what i know, the professor is rather strict and will not hesitate to give assignment. But he seems to like it when there are some foreign student exchange to Dong-A. He speaks good English.. maybe it's because he's the in-charge of English-Speaking Club.. haha..

Next i return hall and join my roomie for dinner. Hmm... dinner this time is finally fit for humans. What's more?!?! Yoghurt!! Probiotics sia.. i cannot believe it! And the pork taste alright.. but the soup on the right? sucks. :PAfter which i'm suppose to meet both my buddy for a beer drinking session! Walked down the hill and saw this beautiful sunset.. Some pictures along the way:
Yup! This is the place.. haha.. and we're going up the 5th level!
The pub itself.. very nice right?
Inside the pub:
Hmm... inside was a little warm.. and yup! The first things we do is to choose the beer we like! Haha.. Thomas was like helping the girls to choose the beer, introducing those Germany beer he knew. Not bad sia.. like an expert leh..
A closer look on the DNA beer.. interesting!
These are the 4 bottles of beer we chose! And i'm drinking the 3rd bottle. It's the cheapest beer i.e. 2000 won ( S$2.71 ) with a low alcoholic content of about 3%! haha.. know why it's cheap? Because it's a korea-made beer! Hye-won drank the last bottle, which is imported from Germany and it cost 8000 won ( S$10.84 ). I tasted it, and it's bitter.. cmi.. but both Thomas and Hye-won think the beer is good quality!! Eh.. then mine must be.. errm.. "good quality"..Us! Thomas, Eun-Kyung, Hye-Won and Joseph ( me ) :P
2 buddy and 2 roomie!
This is mine!Less bitter compared to other beer i guess.. i still can take it.. haha.. was a little giddy from the passive smoke and the alcoholic effect.. but we're just chatting and chatting all the way..
Thomas and his Corona Extra! This was already the second botth chosen by Thomas and it is also a famous beer in korea.. ( introduced by Hye-won ) Hite was his first beer..
The 4 bottle caps! And after everything, Thomas and i climbed up the mountains back to the dormitory. Really a long climb! Before that, i took a picture of the map of Senghak Campus:
I can't believe it.. this is the first time i sweat.. haha.. and i manage to discover new routes from my school back hall! Interesting mountain climbing trip.. Anyway today was an enjoyable day.. i hope everyday will be tolerable.. and i can stay happy..
