Day 25 ( Seoul Trip Day 3 )

Today is 14th Sep'08.. sunday! It has been really long since i last went church.. but rest assured! I'm going to visit one today.. :P Had a hasty breakfast and left for our first destination: Namsangol Hanok Village! This place is located in Chungmuro station! This is the front gate:
And we can see the Seoul tower from here! Just beside the Cheonugak Plaza is.. pasar malam?
This is the traditional Craftwork Gallery
The very best of Korea's traditional craftwork is on display at the gallery.
Souvenirs can be purchased!
Standing at the court, i can see lots of activities going on!
Selling wines
Entering the Bumadowi Yonghyo Park's house
Huilin never fails to leave her footprint behind.. haha..
Anyway this is not the rear gate.. haha.. but we've manage to come to the Pikeumjung! A prominant figure
Different games displayed here can be played!
On our way out.. oh ya.. that building directly in front of us is the Cheonugak Plaza~
And we manage to spot a cute korean girl! Haha.. she was standing so straight in front of me to let me take a picture of her!
Back to the Front gateThis is our lunch.. and i had this mushroom + rice..
Side dishes that we ordered
Li Shi, Hui Lin and Karen ate this! Rather expensive..
Anyway we walk and walk until we reached Myeongdong station! haha.. and around the vicinity? Myeongdong of course! So we're decided to shop a while first!
Actually i don't know what is the guy doing.. haha.. i just find him cute..
Actually there is nothing special about this photo.. just that i notice something hanging in front of his chest.. take a closer look? I like the unique way of handling notes.. lol..
A building just in front of the Myeongdong Cathedral!
Haix.. wanted to see the Myeongdong Cathedral, but it's under renovation!! What a disappointment..
( Historic site 258 under renovation ) And people are having worship inside the Myeongdong Cathedral!
Next, we've decided to visit the Seoul tower!! After a rest in Prince Hotel and a long climb up the slope, we're reached the cable car station!
Seriously, everything from now onward have to wait.. and it's a long wait.. we waited for a long time before we can board the cable car..
Our cable car tickets!
This is the Namsan cable car.. lol..A group photo! Nice! Look inside.. yes.. we're going to be packed like sardine..
Taking some pictures in a sardine cable car:
After the sardine episode, it's another climb up the stairs!
Standing at the smoke chimney area.. Welcome to Seoul~
Around the vicinity of the Seoul Tower:
Performance!
Our tickets up the N Seoul Tower!
Taking pictures at the balcony area besides the ticketing booth:
Waiting area to catch the elevator up the N Seoul Tower
Haha.. this is a picture of the observatory! Sorry that i didn't post the one i took because it's a little dark and all the images are blur.. so i took this one, which i think really represent what i saw! The nite scenic view from Seoul Tower!!
Viewable from almost anywhere in Seoul, Seoul Tower is an excellent landmark. Built on a 262 meter peak in Namsan Park, the tower reaches to 480 meters above sea level. We found the panel written Singapore!! It means from this direction, Singapore is just 4651.90km away!
Take a few shots in the toilet! I cannot imagine that i can enjoy the nice view even when i'm peeing!
Outside the Seoul TowerTaking shots at the roof top!Beautiful locks arranged romantically!
Taking a final shot at the N Seoul Tower before we leave this place!
Finally we get to sit down late at night for our dinner!
Finally, we left from Myeong-dong back to our domitory!! Resting time!
Today was a nice day.. and i truly enjoyed the experience up the N Seoul Tower!! Well.. although tomorrow is the last day of this trip, i hope we'll still be able to enjoy to the fullest!!
